In the theoretical system of Indian yoga, there are seven major energy convergence points in the human meridian system, known as chakras. From top to bottom, they are: Crown Chakra, Third Eye Chakra, Throat Chakra, Heart Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Sacral Chakra, and Root Chakra.

These chakras serve as life keys to the human body, bridging the material and spiritual realms as core channels for life energy circulation. When chakras are unblocked and open, vital functions operate normally; when obstructed, corresponding physical ailments manifest.
Therefore, when physical symptoms occur, specific chakra-aligned meditation hand position and mantra meditation should be employed to unblock restricted chakras, achieving holistic restoration of body and mind.
1.Crown Chakra Meditation Hand Position: Gateway to Wisdom
Cross the fingers of both hands, raise the little fingers of both hands so that their fingertips are facing upwards, and then place both hands on the top of the head.

The crown chakra is connected to cosmic energy and controls comprehension. When the top wheel is obstructed, the human body will frequently experience symptoms such as tinnitus and headache. At this time, it is necessary to use corresponding hand pose and meditation voices to unblock the crown chakra.
Before meditation, gently move your body until it is fully relaxed, then sit down and focus your attention on the top of your head. Make a meditative sound of ‘eng’ and clearly feel the vibration of the head, which breaks through the heavy resistance of the head.
If there is a slight heat sensation above the head, it indicates that the crown chakra is slowly being broken through. Continuing to visualize, the energy of the universe is directed into the crown chakra through specific meditation hand position. As the voice becomes increasingly loud, the crown chakra continuously vibrates, and the headache symptoms caused by the obstruction of the crown chakra on the body will be alleviated to a certain extent.
2.Third-Eye Chakra Meditation Hand Position: Extend Focus Time
Place the thumbs and little fingers of both hands upright and touch each other, pointing towards the forehead. Bend the other fingers of both hands at the knuckles and touch each other in pairs.

The third-eye chakra is connected to the pituitary gland, pineal gland, and nervous system. If the third-eye chakra is obstructed, the body will experience tremendous pressure and symptoms such as decreased attention and easy forgetfulness.
The voice corresponding to the third-eye chakra is “om” , which symbolizes the power of spiritual cognition, can open up the brain and nervous system, and continuously affect the pineal gland to restore it to normal levels.
The hand position and speech should be synchronized, and at the same time, the airflow during the recitation of the speech should be observed hitting the third-eye chakra. There is a vortex like energy hovering at the third-eye chakra, focusing on this vortex energy. Take several deep breaths, and the vortex continues to expand at the third-eye chakra. The longer the duration of one’s own concentration, the better the meditation effect.
3.Throat Chakra Meditation Hand Position: Hub of Spiritual Power
Touch the thumbs of both hands, cross the other fingers to form a circle, and place the handprint at the bottom of the throat chakra.

The throat chakra is the central station of physical and mental energy, and the connection point for human nature to ascend to divinity. If the throat chakra is obstructed, the human body is prone to problems such as sore throat and pain, as well as inability to communicate with others and express oneself.
This meditation training is performed after waking up in the morning, adopting a sitting posture. Before meditation, do 10 abdominal breaths. When the mind is focused, make the corresponding hand gesture and clearly recite the meditation voice “ham” of the throat chakra. With each corresponding voice, imagine the throat continuously freeing itself from the tense and stiff state.
The tone changes from mild to strong and loud, and the tense and stiff state is constantly impacted and released by the vibration of the throat, followed by a smooth, refreshing and relaxed feeling.
Afterwards, the focus of the visualization was placed on issues such as sore throat and expression disorders. The visualization showed that expressing one’s opinions confidently, clearly, and fluently, or engaging in important communication with others, all achieved the expected results.
Engage in a dialogue with the inner self with the pleasure of being awakened by physical and mental energy: by following the true thoughts of the heart, they can be expressed smoothly. After the elimination of laryngeal chakra, not only did the pain decrease, but self-awareness was also affirmed.
4.Heart Chakra Meditation Hand Position: Awakening Love’s Energy
Place the index finger and thumb of your right hand against each other, forming a circle on your chest. Relax your left hand and place it on your left knee.

When the heart chakra that controls love and physical and mental growth is obstructed, the body will experience obvious symptoms such as breathing difficulties, chest pain, and muscle soreness. To eliminate these symptoms, the first step is to repair the energy of the heart chakra.
Adopting a seated posture, softly recite the corresponding voice “yam” to the heart chakra, and try to prolong the sound as much as possible. While reciting, make corresponding handprints and visualize a strong and violent vibration at the heart chakra, like an electric shock, rapidly spreading throughout the body.
But ultimately, this force converged again at the heart chakra. The reduction of body soreness is a sign of the completion of heart chakra energy repair. So, there is no time limit for this meditation training, but it should be judged based on the body’s response.
5.Solar Plexus Chakra Meditation Hand Position: Reservoir of Vitality
Fold your hands together, with your fingertips facing outwards and your thumbs overlapping, and place them under your stomach.

The solar plexus chakra dominates the willpower and mobility of the human body. When the energy of the solar plexus chakra is insufficient, persistent stomach diseases such as stomach pain and acid reflux may occur.
Sit quietly, relax your whole body, and place the corresponding handprint at the position of the sun wheel, under your stomach. Gently recite the corresponding meditation voice “ram”, while imagining oneself in the sunlight shining on the solar plexus chakra. Through the vibration of the voice, the sun wheel has opened and is constantly receiving energy.
If there is a heat sensation in the stomach, it indicates that the meditation therapy of the solar plexus chakra has begun to take effect. The next step is to continuously recite and keep the solar plexus chakra in a state of receiving energy. This training can only end when the emotions are completely calm.
6.Sacral Chakra Meditation Hand Position: Potent Self-Healing Capacity
Place the left palm below and the right palm above, with the palms facing upwards and overlapping at the navel.

The Sacral chakra controls the secretion of the human adrenal gland and various hormones. When there is insufficient energy in this area, it can lead to endocrine disorders, accompanied by physical weakness, facial flushing, and acne.
When meditating, adopt a sitting posture and place the corresponding handprint on the navel. After the breath is calm, gently recite the meditation voice “vam” . For each recitation, take three deep breaths.
The vibration of speech adjusts the obstructed state of the Sacral chakra, and at this point, one begins to visualize a gently swaying lotus flower growing at the Sacral chakra. This lotus flower continuously absorbs toxins from the body and then excretes them out of the body through sweat glands.
Imagine a lotus flower shaped chakra at the sacral, which brings a cool sensation to the body when inhaled, especially to the facial skin, transitioning from flushed and hot to cool and soft; When exhaling, all toxins in the body are expelled from the body through the pores.
At the end of meditation, the healing effect should be strengthened through affirmative statements: “My appearance is as beautiful as a lotus flower, and the self healing energy of my body is constantly opening up
7 .Root Chakra Meditation Hand Position: Foundation of Security
Touch the fingertips of the thumb and index finger to form a circular shape, and place it at the Dantian area, which is closest to the underwater wheel.

As the root of life, the root chakra, also known as the perineum, controls the body’s survival energy and the integration of mind and body. When the submarine is blocked, symptoms such as nerve imbalance, qi and blood imbalance, and low immunity may occur, with the most common being general fatigue and susceptibility to colds. When the body shows mild cold symptoms, the first thing to do is to adjust the energy of the underwater wheel through meditation.
After cross sitting, adjust your breathing. After 10 deep breaths, make corresponding hand mudra, and send out the meditation voice “lam”. At the same time, observe a flame growing at the root chakra. Along with the meditative voice, the obstacles at the root chakra are slowly oscillating, allowing the flame to flow along the veins of the body to various parts. At this moment, a warm feeling can be felt at the underwater wheel.
At this point, take a deep breath again, recite the meditation voice again, and continuously oscillate the root chakra for 10 minutes. The body gradually becomes surrounded by a strong warm current, and in this warm current, the body’s immune function begins to self repair. The previous cold symptoms such as headache and nasal congestion are also greatly reduced.
